Q: What are the event hours?

A: Doors open at 6:00pm and the event ends at 2:00am sharp.

 

Q: Will there be ATMs?

A: Yes, there will be ATMs and the locations will be clearly marked on both event map up for download one week before the show and the event guide you receive upon entry.

 

Q: Can I bring water bottles or food into the show?

A: Sorry, no outside food or beverages are allowed.  Free water will be available to you inside the venue. There will also be bottled water sold inside. If you purchased an official SKILLS water bottle at our previous events, you may bring it inside as long as it’s empty.

 

Q: Can I bring my camera into the show?

A: We encourage you to take pictures and share them online with your friends so yes, you can bring your camera to POPNYE.

 

Q: Will there be a New Year’s Countdown?

A: Yes. As the clock nears midnight the production will begin to change in preparation for the countdown. We have a spectacular countdown planned, consisting of breathtaking special effects and essential elements needed for a countdown like no other. Check out last year’s countdown by clicking here.

 

Q: Will there be Skills and POP merchandise available at the show?

A: Absolutely. Please check back here closer to the show for details.

 

Q: What can I bring inside?

A: We recommend you carefully read over and become familiar with the list of items both allowed and prohibited here

 

Q: How do I report a problem during the event?

A: Immediately find a staff member at the event and they will direct you accordingly or you can use our text system that we have in place. Whether it be attending to a bathroom that’s out of tissue, someone feeling sick, or needing help from, all you have to do is simply text ‘POP” to 69050 and include your issue and location so we can send help there. If we have questions our interface allows us to text you back as well as keep track of each incident to make sure it’s resolved.

 

Q: What if it is stormy and raining?

A: POPNYE is indoors, but in the case of rain, we will have lightweight ponchos and umbrellas for those that arrive early and are waiting in line.

 

Q: Will the event guide be available before the show?

A: Yes. An online version will be available for download one week before the show. The full Event guide will be handed to you upon entry.
