DJ PHOTOGRAPHER (real name Dmitry Chumak) was born December’ 8th 1988 in Kiev (Ukraine) Now he is definitely one of the most rotated and requested quick growing international DJs. Following his inauspicious beginnings to produce when he was 15 years old only.
It was in 2010 that PHOTOGRAPHER first started to make waves in the trance scene. His first solo releases “TakeOff” and “Highway” was supported top DJs such as Sean Tyas, Simon Patterson, Aly & Fila and many more.
2012-2013 was really great years for Photographer. His single “Airport” reached pos #2 on beatport trance chart and was played by almost international DJs. It was included by Armin van Buuren, Dash Berlin, Marlo, John O’Callagan and many more in their year compilations and top lists.
Having cut out his niche in the highly competitive production arena to create countless hit tracks, remixes and bootlegs, he brings to the dancefloor a mix of melodic harmony,driving groove and cutting edge production techniques.
As result seven Photographer tracks was played at ASOT 600 DB.
In 2013 Photographer remixed track “Who Is Afraid Of 138?!” by Armin van Buuren. This remix makes a storm on trance scene. A new movement has risen from the underground. With a loyal, passionate following, the sound of ‘Who’s Afraid of 138?!’ has gone through a massive growth.
What started as a joke in Armin van Buuren’s A State of Trance radio show, has now turned into a worldwide happening. And that’s why Armin van Buuren dedicated an entire record label to the booming bass of the faster, louder uplifting tunes of the trance genre: Who’s Afraid of 138?!

On the begining of 2013 Photographer started his own weekly radio show called “SoundCasting” and in a short time it’s title became a brand.
