It is no easy task to find an act who could fill the shoes of Bingo Players to ring in the New Year on such short notice. We have confirmed that New World Punx will be extending their original time slot from 1.5 hours to 3.5 hours (10:30-2). We hope you join us to bring in the new year with an extended set from Markus Schulz and Ferry Corsten of New World Punx along with Moguai, Madeon and NERO. #LetLoveBloom.

Hailing from a family of butchers, Moguai may have became a famous sausage maker if it wasn’t for his love of electronic music. Unless you really love a good sausage over an epic dance track, you’re probably pretty glad he took the path of a music career. Once a big fan of punk and ska music in the 80′s, Moguai’s roots can be found throughout his music. He’ll be getting your happy feet wet as the opening act this year at POPNYE – are you READY?

Don’t let his age fool you…

In 2010, at the ripe age of 16, nu-disco/dubstep producer Hugo Leclercq, aka Madeon, started becoming largely popular for his remixes, including his versions of songs by the Killers and Pendulum. Madeon may be only 19 – just old enough to attend POPNYE and probably much younger than many of you – yes, this makes us feel old. We’re pretty excited to bring this young star out for you to enjoy. Looking for a way to pass some time pre-POP? Or maybe you’re looking for something to do at work while the boss isn’t looking. Nero have re-created their live rig online, allowing you to listen to their debut album “Welcome Reality” in its entirety and watch all their videos within their towering live rig. You can also play the Nero Arcade Game by clicking on it in the center of the rig. Yes, I said a Nero video game – High score? what’s high score mean??!
