If you leave the event you will not be admitted back in unless you purchase a new ticket.. No Refunds or exchanges. All purchases are final.
REMEMBER TO BRING
Your ticket, valid photo ID, good vibes, designated driver if you plan on drinking. Rave wear and LED gloves are encouraged.
Planning transportation home from POPNYE is a breeze
With BART running till 3am and a taxi row lining up right outside the arena to get all you party people home safely to reminisce the magical celebration and dream of the adventures that 2015 will bring.
ACCEPTABLE FORMS OF ID
ValidGovernment issued ID with a photo and date of birth. US or foreign issued passport containing a photo and date of birth.
If you need to apply for a new ID from the DMV, plan ahead, it can take weeks to be issued. For those that lost their and  have your DMV printout plus some form of legitimate photo ID, security can try to match them up but they may need law enforcement to assist. Again a DMV printout will work but they still may need law enforcement to do some verifications.
UNACCEPTABLE FORMS OF ID
Expired ID of any kind, Birth certificate. School ID, Copy of and ID, Credit cards

Please note that any item deemed by management to be dangerous or inappropriate that may disrupt other fans’ enjoyment of the event. Oracle Arena does not store prohibited items. Items left at the gates will be discarded. The Oracle Arena is not responsible for abandoned items.
